1st. ability= 4,5 P Even though the purchase deck isn´t that comprehensive, i still think this is a good ability,
especially in the early game to get a weapon, armour and mule. Later in the game you can always sell the objects you don´t want to carry anymore or just keeping the other players from getting them.

2nd. ability= 6 P Don´t think i have to say more about this ability

I house-ruled him to allow you to draw from the Purchase deck whenever you meet a shop-like card, not only those especially cited in the ability text.
