Risen from the Sea

Is the non LCG version of this card legal in tournaments? The wording is slightly different, but functionally the same.

Thanks

From the FAQ:

"CCG copies of cards with text that is in any
way
different than their LCG counterparts are
not legal in LCG events."

That can be as absolute as you want it to be when some of the textual changes are minor (like the placement of a comma or period), so ask the TO of whatever event you are going to. But in an absolute sense, any difference at all means "no legal."

I dont see any difference between those two copies.

The difference is with the placing of the parenthesis.

New Card:

(counts as a Condition attachment with the text "Attached character gets +1 STR".)

Previous Version:

(counts as a Condition attachment) with the text "Attached character gets +1 STR".

This is very minor change but wanted to make sure before having to buy 3 Kings of the Sea sets for a staple common.

I would like FFG to be a little more specific about legality of using older cards. By definition, you could exclude cards with different copyright dates or flavor text too. A list of cards that have been reprinted in the LCG and which ones are legal would be nice.

I havent even noticed this change and i guess noone in our meta eighter or at least our NW does not mind :)
