Is there a possibility to trade with other players like trade goods in Twilight Imperium?

When "yes", why there is nothing about it in the rules?

However, there are two Tactics Cards which can accomplish similar tasks.

"Favorable Alliance" allows two players to give each other from 1-4 influence. The amount chosen doesn't come from their personal stores, but from the "bank". It can be interesting, because the person who plays it has to choose to give another player 1-4 influence (from the bank), and then that player gives 1-4 back (also from the bank). Both players come out ahead, but sometimes the second player will betray the first by only giving 1 back, even if the first player chose 4. It can be interesting.

"Establish Trade Route" allows two players to bump each resource up by 1. The person who plays the card gets to bump up each one, but must choose another play to do so as well. Both sides benefit, but the key can often be the timing - the person who plays the card will want to get the best use out of it, without giving too much boost to the other player.

This is about the closest that Runewars gets to "trading", though.
