I have just finished playing through the whole Normandy campaign for the first time, and I have to say: Well done! It was a lot of fun, and some very close-run battles were fought. Because of a tactical error during setup, the first scenario went to the Americans, although the Germans have very good chances of winning this. The next two battles could have gone either way, but the US pulled off victories both times. The last scenario was won by the Americans by a wider margin, the German troops being wiped out during turn 10. Weather played a big part in the two scenarios that used it.
On the whole, this campaign is among the best the game has to offer so far. I like the way growing experience is handled and its effects. I hope to see more campaigns using these rules.
The one thing that was missing was AT guns. The Germans absolutely needed them in scenario 4. I understand designing expansions so that they can be played with the base game alone, but then the AT guns should have been in the base game, with additional ones and variations in the expansions. They are just plain missing in Normandy.
