does anyone have the location or a link where I can find the player aids for all of the Descent games?

Check on Boardgamegeek.com. Universal Head recently updated his reference sheets for Descent to include Tomb of Ice. Or you could check his site www.headlesshollow.com/ in the "Freebies" section.
