Moribund and cannot be killed question

By elwe, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

What happened is the following :

I have in play Timmet son of timmet and a cersei's attendant. Valar Morgulis is played (Timmet is standing)

Action is initiated, no save.

Phase 3 both characters become moribund (dead)

phase 5, response from the cersei's attendant, Timmet is knelt.

phase 6 moribund cards leave play physically, but Timmet is cannot be killed at the moment.

In the faq there is a rules exception under moribund at page 16 :

However, the "state" of a moribund card can be changed by an effect that does not actually attempt to remove it from play a second time.

I have difficulties with this sentence, does it mean that the state of timmet could change and not die ?

When a card becomes Moribund there's nothing to do about it. Timett becomes "cannot be killed" when he already has been killed so... bye bye Timett.

regarding Timett..

The Starks played House Umber Bersker " Each player choose and killed a character they control"

Timett was the only Lion Character and have no choice but to choose him

At this moment, Can the lion played triggered responses such as events, attachment to kneel Timett ? In this way, the Lion do not need to choose and kill anyone?

This is before Timett goes Moribund..

No, because responses come after passives in the timing structure (and I can't even think of a response that you could trigger off the Beserkers coming into play that would let you kneel a character). Any any simple player action ("Any Phase:", "Marshalling:", ...) will be way too late, of course.

Edit: mispost
