I require serious assistance! I am wanting to begin a campaign of RTL but I have misplaced my rulebook. Although I can easily find reference to the rules online I am having great difficulty in acquiring the Quest Compendium (For the Dungeons) Can anyone help?

You could always try contacting customer support to ask for a replacement. I don't know if they'd replace it for free (losing something isn't really a defect in the product), but their service is second to none and their generosity has been known to surprise me in the past. Couldn't hurt to ask, anyway.

FFG deliberately removes the quests from their online pdfs as a precaution against people just printing scanned bits (or using substitutes) and essentially playing the game without buying it. I'm sure you can find just about anything in the darker corners of the internet, but I wouldn't count on finding scanned copies of the quests here on FFG's own forum, at any rate.
