Published adevntures- Which are best?

By Facepalm2, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

The general consensus around here seems to be the Eye for an eye > the Gathering Storm > Edge of Night.

I was just wondering where the Winds of magics and Signs of Faiths adventures would appear on their. Whats your opinion of them? What about Journey to Black Fire Pass?

Thanks.

WoM adventure is quite Warhammer-ish in a low key dastardly plot to resolve kind of way, even if the lead into it is a bit strained.

It nicely describes a small neighbourhood and it's inhabitants, and mechanically adds a few new locations and has some interesting tracking concepts provided with it.

Haven't got signs of faith yet and I find Balck fire pass too much of a niche adventure (which is fine for a demo) which is difficult to transfer into a regular campaign, although the travelling mechanics it uses is quite clever.

I think Journey to Black Fire Pass may be less of a niche piece once the Black Fire Pass set comes out, but for now, I agree that it's a little out-of-the-way.

Just got signs of faith and I am going to run my party through it. So far I have been following the Eye for an eye > The Gathering Storm > Edge of Night formula and the HORROR OF HUGELDAL seems tailor made to fit to the end of Edge of Night. Looking it over the adventure seems to be a very good introduction to diseases if you wish to incoperate them into your game. Personally I think I will use diseases the same as mutations: sparingly. As for the wind of magic adventure I already expressed my opinion about it here:
