Arknell and Hag/poltergeist

If i use the arknell to teleport, i must ditch any followers before i move. Does this include the hag/poltergeist to being ditch also?

No, You may get rid of them only by crossing the Bridge or visiting Mystic in VIllage. These Followers are teleporting with You

Was just wandering if the arknell overruled the other cards. Shouldn´t the card say " All followers" instead of any ?
