I bought some WHFRP 3e dice from an online store (thewarstore.com I think) and a solid 50% of the dice have flaws. They're either slightly warped or have cracks. Can I return these to FFG?
Bought new dice and they're AWFUL!
Your direct relationship is with the retailer who sold them, have you tried them?
That said, you can contact FFG customer service via this links on this site, let them know where you got them and issue. They have a good reputation generally on dealing with such things (assuming these are not rip-off fakes etc. in which case they are not responsible).
Depending on how bad the dice are, you do have basic right to remedy from the original retailer for goods not fit for purpose intended, not conforming to description under most common law jurisdictions' "sale of goods" laws. However a "customer friendly" FFG may be more help to you.

Were the dice sold in the FFG pack(s) or were they packaged in some other way?
The first core set print had a set of faulty dice, FFG included a second set with good dice in the affected boxes. I have no idea about the reputation of the store you bought from, but it could be that the store is trying to make some profit from selling off the bad dice. I'm not saying that's the case but if you got the dice in any other form than in the core set or in the FFG packs, I think it is a possibility. In any way, contacting the store is probably the first thing you should do, and then FFG in case the store doesn't allow you to replace the dice.

I have purchased from thewarstore.com for a while now. They have shown great customer service and their product quality is excellent. If I have a problem with them they respond within 24 hours to emails and resolve any problems within two days.
I highly recommend you send a email over to [email protected] and let him know, I am sure he will take care of you.
I did just go check all of the remaining dice packs we have in stock and they all look good to me.
I just had a similar problem with the Adventurer's Toolkit. Several of the talent cards had purple ink smeared on the left of the text. Furthermore the 'Talent' text (eg 'tactic') is very blurry on several of them. Fortunately the text is still legible, and I just went over it with some white paint. Since it's fixed now it's not worth my while to make a fuss. Just a heads up for the bods at FFG.
That sounds like the work of the purple cult of Slaanesh!
