Hi - if I create a new character, say an Assassin, I will get the "Ambidextrous" talent as part of the starter package "Astral Knives".

However, I might not have the required 30 in Agility which is normally required.

What is the ruling on this? Do I get the talent anyway or what?

I would assume you get the talent, as usually any starting talents ignore requirements.

EDIT: Page 26 Inquisitor's Handbook, second column, first pargraph, last sentance. "You do not have to meet the requirements of any Talent gained from the package since the benefits is undoubtedly hard earned!"
