It's sort of like a language. You have to read up and at least catch the vocab or else we won't be able to communicate.

I assume you're going to be a player and not a game master. First things first I'd imagine what you want your character to be. A smooth talking thief that swindles people out of their money? A jaded mercenary look for his next meal?

Keep in mind it's not simply about what he or she can do, but what has shaped him or her to make him or her that way. Was he raised in a aristocratic school? He'd probably have some points in the riding skill and history, then.

After that, just read through the first 4 chapters of the main book. Then think how you're going to implement your character into the rules of Anima.

From there you should have more specific questions that we can answer.
