Absurd Strength, for one, it was always far too powerful for its own good. It encouraged the use of one shot kills far too much and was far too easy to play. I also agree with all of the ones you said apart from Flowing Gale Hook. I liked that card because it was easy to stop, but if you didn't you were in trouble from other attacks. It encouraged combo techniques, which is how I've always liked the game to play out.
My biggest gripe with Block 2 however, and one I'm very glad to see depart, is Shinobi Tradition. I think this card single handedly ruined most of Block 2. It made everything far too easy, to the point of not playing it becoming less and less of an option. As much as I like playing more than one card in a turn, I don't think reducing anything with a "Commit 1 foundation" cost to a free cost was the way to go. Same reason I despise Lord Of The Makai in Block 3. Reducing a simple cost to nothing with no effort whatsoever is not how I like my games to go.
Other than that, its the obvious Chain Throw, Kunai, Kasumi Suzaku etc...
THE CURSE BROKEN!!!!
Agree with those mentioned except for Flowing Gale Hook and The Curse Broken. FGH was fun and promoted multi-attack aggro. TCB was one of the great equalisers in the Addes/HC wars. Without TCB in the meta, the environemnt would have been FAR worse.
My particular two hatreds:
1. Absurd Strength. The damage pump was too easy and too much. Any non earth/fire/evil aggro deck was instantly handicapped against any evil/fire/earth aggro deck simply from not being able to run this card. Also as Absurd Strength was in every deck, momentum hate was in every deck which killed other archetypes.
2. Kasumi Suzaku. I really, really hate Ibuki. KS was too much of an easy mode, much like AS. I have to wonder how many Ibuki players and netdeckers there would have been were Kasumi Suzaku not at the strength it was.
Good riddance Chain Throw...finally. I've definitely abused it more than my fair share but I've always hate the card and am thrilled that it's gone.
Kunai is more complicated, I liked the concept of the card but it was too strong.
There isn't much that I'm really happy to see leave the format, but there are a lot of cards like MAC and Roam that I wish were staying - including my all-time favorite card ever, Armored Defense.
Let us all have a moment of silence (or distaste if you so desire) for Ibuki. She will never, ever win a tournament again.
Chain Throw, Kasumi Suzaku, Infiltrating, Shinobi Tradition? All gone! And I say good riddance to bad and overpowered rubbish. Also gone? Ibis Minuet and Geri. Huzzah! Oh, and every copy of Yun Seung ever made... EVER.
i am happy to see absurd strength, shinobi tradition, and yun seong gone. i am sadened at the loss of so much damage pump, my one shots have now become more dificult to pull off.

I am pretty sure YWNE or empiness was your favorite vik god I hated Dhalsim ....
But ya I will miss all those and glad to see all the others go as well .

i'm not sure i'd ever be so bold as to say all of that. it's not like she lost the ridiculous +3 ability just because a few cards leave.

Just because I agree with this, it doesn't mean I LIKE this
Bloody Ibuki.
I'm happy to see Chain Throw gone, and when Block 4 or whatever it's called comes around, I will be really really happy to see Cutting Edge/Domination gone. Other then that nothing has really absorbed my hatred in Block 2, I thought for the most part in of itself everything with a 3 star shuriken was awesome.
as far as characters, I'm really really glad to see Ukyo and Athena go. I'm also really looking forward to when promo Alex is no longer legal... ahh, good times... good times...
Not cool brad, my fav character YS is going to be out of rotation in UFS... that makes me a sad bear.
Oh well, here's to hoping that they print a good version of YS in block 3 - something like a mix of the promo version except as a 7/20 and with a new bird of prey 2 dot or new circling wing.
Absurd Strength, Chain Throw, Whereabouts Unknown, and Shinobi Tradition will all be gone. I will not miss these.
I will miss Roam the World, Instant Hell Murder, and some of the split attacks, though.

we lose a lot of the best split atacks. they must reprint clones.
clones was an aberration and nothing like it will probably be printed again. the diff:damge ratio was very skewed. for a 3 diff attack with 3 speed it should have been a maximum of 3 damage with no ability, or 5 damage with a detrimental ability like the cody split attack
I agree Clones was a little much. I was thinking more like Soldier of Sparta and Forsaken. For aggro to be able to compete, attacks with greater than 3CC must be printed. They shouldn't be as efficient as Clones, but be more 'vanilla' attacks with average stats.
Has no one lost to Talim? Rolling Storm is fair? What? =P
Speaking of Talim, all of the new "add foundation to staging area" stuff makes Whereabouts effortlless to put into your staging area... for Legacy, because the good one rotated D=
Most of the stuff that'll be rotating, I'm just beginning to enjoy (I only got my set of Chain Throws in August ._.). Overall, I think I'm happy to see Hammer, Chinese Sword Style (even though I know it'll get reprinted or replaced), Awakening, Infiltrating, Land Walk, Geri, Immortality and Vimana off to the land of Legacy, where Yoga Mastery and Emptiness rule the day... sorta...
i loved the curse broken. what im glad to see go: chain throw, shinobi tradition, moonsault slayer, immortality
things i will miss:
tsunami sabre, guyser thrust, MIA, rage guage, unorthodx fighting style, fight for the future,TYPFG, promo yun seong (playing as) akuma (1 check)
things i wont miss:
nakoruru, elena, absurd strength, clones, chain throw, kunai, anything with ibuki on the artwork, promo yun seong (playing against)

I think Soldier of Sparta is the best example of a split attack with a higher then 3CC that is actually worth running and not total jank. Well-Travelled and Quest to Defeat the Rifle too.
I've been thinking, and another thing I won't miss that hasn't been mentioned? Vast Resources.
defidently chain throw, alot oth the **** for ibuki, pieces of eight, and flowing gale hook.

Really FGH I havent seen that card been played since set 6 oddly enough but I guess most people are happy chain throw will only be in legacy now .
Everything. Block 2 was THE Block I was happy for when I first started Madison. Then I wouldn't have to deal with Yoga Mastery/You Will Not Escape/Shoulder Rush anymore. Block 2 was so baller, I had a blast.
Heck, if you played a tournament where all you use was Block 2 cards, it would be super fun because of all the extremes in the game. Easy loops, easy damage, easy control.
I will miss it all, but UFS is evolving into something better.
(I want a re-print of Mortal Strike.)

This post confuses the hell out of me! First off, the thread is titled, "What will you be happy to see leave", and you seem to like all of the stuff that's gonna leave come February. And "all the extremes"
Easy loops? What's easier than Reverse Waterfall??
Easy damage? Now Block 2 may have beaten Block 1, but I think Block 3 might give you a run for your money. There's no Tsunami Sabre or Absurd Strength, but Tsurane Kiri, Feline Spike, Tiger Fury, Fight or Flight/Reverse Flayer could give anything that's still legal a run for its money (Dark Empire and Concealed Shallow Swipe own everyone's soul, no way can I argue with that).
Easy control... no way. LM is the easiest control piece ever. "No, that didn't happen, and it never will again." Emptiness. YWNE. Overwhelming Strength. Yoga Mastery. Ancient Insight. Now THAT's control

This, however, I can certainly agree with.
