If i have a character like wizard who draws a new spell every time he has not one and if I have just cast one at the start of my turn, I draw a new one and this one says at the start of my turn too... may I cast it or I must wait until the begining of my next turn?

according to my knowledge - yes. You can cast that Spell, because it is still beginning of Your turn.

Talisman is missing one thing. Unfortunately. As a game, which mainly is using cards, it should have something like turn structure. But it don't have it.
