A heart of stone

By Old Ben, in 1. AGoT General Discussion

I like the new Lady Stoneheart, however i think she looks a little bit too much like Daeny, maybe tha´s because both artworks are from Chris Griffin.

Oh and the name of the article reminded me of this song, at least the first few verses seem to be somehow fitting :

I want to live,
I want to give
I've been a miner
for a heart of gold.
It's these expressions
I never give
That keep me searching
for a heart of gold

Totally by mistake :D

Stoneheart will be perfect for my Beric deck. I am really likeing the looks of the Brotherhood faction so far.

For sure. Actually why should a side-kick charachter deserve more than one card? gui%C3%B1o.gif

I agree with those that believe this art is not very thematic.

Lady Stoneheart should not look like a hot woman and that is how she looks. She should look like maggots are still crawling over her face

What did the first Lady Stoneheart (5KE) look like? There never was a picture of that card on Tzumainn's Site...

You can see her on AGOT dabbler @ this adress: http://agot.dbler.com/index.php?view=card&arsenalid=18837

Not so hot as the new one, for sure

i think the old one fits here better. I really like her ablity help brotherhood decks a lot. One thing i say is she should not beable to be in play if Catelyn Stark is in play. Other then that soild card.

Putting two extra lines of text on this card just so that it becomes more Nedly isn't going to change anything, except that Brotherhood decks won't run Catelyn. Look at Whitebeard. There were alot of people asking for a Whitebeard card, and he finally made it intot he Clash of Arms set. But between his limitation and the fact that his ability is only useful during the Epic Phase he never sees play. Only a handful of cards have the "Discard if X character is in play" restriction, and none of them are as much of a spoiler as revealing that Lady Stoneheart is Cateltyn. I think they did a good balance between character ability and overworded text box.
