Play only if you have at least 1 Power Struggle plot card in your used pile.
Challenges: Stand a character you control to return a character with a lower printed STR from your discard pile to your hand.
This is prob a silly question but can I play this card to stand one of my characters even when I have no legal card to return from my discard pile? e.g. no characters in discard pile or none with a lower printed STR
My gut feel is no. I suspect I've it mixed up with some card which says kneel X but you can activate the effect even if X is already kneeling... Still can't differentiate between when the instructions require you to do something and when they are simply interested in the end 'product'.
