Do you think that Genestealers would come from eggs like Aliens from those films.
Thinking of having an egg room on the ship.
What do people think?

They do come from eggs, just not like the eggs you're thinking of.
When a Genestealer Master (possibly a Broodlord) first arrives at his host location, he find somewhere to hide. Then he slowly abducts one person at a time and implants them with a genestealer egg (this is deposited via their tongue) usually by biting them.
Once this egg is implanted, it begins to take over the host body. The person suffers from temporary memory loss, then slowly succumbs to amnesia. During this process, they are usually kept close to the Masters layer, perhaps even being kept in the layer until their mind is under control of the Master.
Once their mind has succumb to the implant, they become the Masters slave. He would then direct them to lure other people to this lair, or near it, to create more slaves.
Once more slaves have been created, usually the original slave taken starts to mutate. They grow extra limbs, their face begins to change and transform. Eventually, they become a Genestealer as well.
From here, the infection spreads to the rest of the populace as more hosts are converted into Genestealers.
Once enough genestealer exist, they grow a psychic gestalt conscious all under the sway of the Master. This gestalt conscious attracts the attention of the Hive Mind, and shortly thereafter the Tyranid Hive Fleet arrives to consume the location.

This is a VERY brief overview of the 'stealer cycle from Lexicanum. You can find much more in-depth descriptions as well on the web.
EDIT: The following link leads to a copy of the original WD article from back in the good ol' days:

It really depends on the life form they are inhabiting or trying to take over. If, perchance, the xenos they were previously hunting were of some sort of pseudo pod type race, then it would be feasible that the room would appear very "egg room" like. Say, for example, as the race gestates its eggs it cocoons itself, then by all means the genestealers would erupt from a egg like sack. The only question is, what xeno race is that or create your own new one.

The much beloved Ymgarl Genestealers (the original ones, when we thought they were all from Ymgarl) were implanted into a somewhat leech-like race. Well, at least they seemed kind of leech-like, with a circular mouth, etc. Assuming that race had other leech-like characteristics, leeches produce cocoons for their young, which either are deposited on a surface, or attach to the parent.
Those cocoons could be rubbery and spherical, and would thus be ideal to replicate a "Alien" feel. In addition, the Ymgarl genestealers are particularly nasty specimens of genestealers, and would be very scary to face.
Alternatively, if the feeder tendrils make you think cephalopod for the Ymgarl genestealers, octopuses also lay eggs.
