OK so this deck borders on the silly. But why should Sagat limit himself to a "Remy" multiple when he can make it his own?

Here's a few cool and neat things that you will probably like:

1) Lost a Sister/Vanished Father + Sagat = nasty. Have one copy out then use Sagat's E to fetch another one. Use it then fetch another one. Ad nauseum.

2) Lost a Sister/Vanished Father + Billiard Player = just as bad.

3) Billiard Player + Homing Water Dragon Cane + Sagat = yay fetching attacks.

4) Billiard Player + White Magic = never again will you worry about all that top-of-the-deck momentum being something important. Unless it is an attack, that is.

5) White Magic + Meat Eater = making any attack Powerful:1 to get rid of all that momentum is nice.

6) Homing Water Dragon Cane + Meat Eater + Homing Water Dragon Cane (attack) = multiple:1 3H8 is nice.

7) Homing Water Dragon Cane + Meat Eater + Supreme Rising Rage Flash = Eat me, Remy. A single Homing Water Dragon Cane can make it Multiple:1 after Meat Eater makes it Powerful:1. Two Homings = Multiple:2. In short, with the right setup it will be much more useful than it is for Remy himself! Of course if REMY does this it's even worse but hey!

edit:

8) Clean Freak + Sagat = FEED ME!

9) Clean Freak (attack) + Billiard Player = 2 more tutored foundations from the discard pile/hand.

I actually play Air Sagat....

Although I havnt tried the new stuff with him yet why no Ira SPinta + Kabuki Artist + Shooting Cap shenanigans?

The new reaying foundations are going to be awseome with his ability

To answer your question, particularly because anyone who notices the obvious will add Kabuki Artist to momentum first chance they get. Then if Spinta deals damage, Kabuki isn't there anymore, and Sagat loop over.

Other reason is simply because the current combo the deck uses relies on two cards with 2 CCs each, and adding a third would give me a slight headache, since Realm of Midnight doesn't have Air.

I am considering adding another attack, hopefully the split Clean Freak (random control is nice) in case I can't find an attack to play before SRRF.

Billiard Player adds Clean Freak to hand to put say, Meat Eater down. Clean Freak attack. Lose 4, ready Billiard Player. Do it again, putting Homing Water Dragon Cane down. SRRF, Meat Eater E, HWDC E, Multiple: 1, SRRF E.

i have yet to play air sagat, but this version is very nice. sagaat with almost anything is good. this is the first air deck that realy uses him to his full potential.

Clean Freak - DO EET! It certainly won't hinder you. What's a foundation when you can tutor them as you see fit?

this deck is really cool but i think u could use just a few more attacks

K I understand that but you can still have other outlets...

U first of all dont have to use IS ability to loop it, secondly Cards like Mentally Unstable are alternates routes to if they do hit Kabuki Artist...

I guess your deck is just set up differently than mine. DOnt get me wrong I like your concept Im just throwing out ideas

With any other setup, Spinta would go in head first. The main problem is that the deck focuses on making Remy's kick a multiple. As such, 4 2CC's are Remy's Kick and 4 2CC's are Homing Water Dragon Cane, the only foundation in the game capable of giving a multiple keyword.

If Spinta is to go in there, I wouldn't want 12 2CCs. Thus I'd have to remove either Remy's Kick or Himing Water Dragon Cane, both of which are kinda important.

AUGH RAGE I HAD A LONG POST THEN ACCIDENTALLY NAVIGATED AWAY FROM THIS PAGE AND LOST IT >:|

tl;drw: It's a nifty idea, but you're far too dependent on your opponent attacking you to let you build, carelessly playing multiple copies of the same foundations, and then not-having enhance negation or high blocks for when you throw your SRRFs. Your 2-card combo to give multiple (Eater + Dragon Cane) drags your control and difficulty curves in the wrong directions, and I don't think the trade-off over Remy is advantageous. It's a neat idea, but it's just too messy for me to agree with considering how powerful Sagat's own Tiger Fury is IMO.

I heard about an Air Sagat from ctryellowbird's Team Canadian Nats report, it played some moves to tutor out a set of Chinese Boxing, Chester's, and assorted other goodies and then won [presumably with Spike or Tiger Fury, I don't remember if these details were even provided :P ].
