ok i am just not sure how this would work

say i have Rakharo that say No attachments except Weapon and want to play Rakharo's Arakh
that is a weapon but also an item. I going to say i can still play it on him but more wondering about fishing net and putting it on a character like him where fishing net is Item. Weapon. Condition.

if i could put fishing net on rakharo could i also put it on Littlefinger from king land that has No Condition attachments.

can you help me out how the no attachment work with the except please

if an attachment said Asshai character only could you put it on Mel who is both Lady. and Asshai. of course you can because the attachment only worries about the Asshai trait it disregards the Lady trait entirely because it has no special rules one way or another same thing with a character that has No attachment except weapon just in reverse the character doesn't pay any attention to the other traits on the attachment if it is a Weapon. and an Item. it doesn't matter because the only check is against the Weapon. trait same thing with Littlefinger only looking for the Condition. trait
