A couple new decks for the fun of it

By f7eleven, in Warhammer Invasion Deck Building

Here's a couple untested lists thrown together hastily by myself. Hopefully they'll at least get some action back into the deck building forum.

First is a High Elf/Dwarf unitless control deck:

3 Innovation
1 Long Winter
1 Order in Chaos
3 Burn it Down
3 Demolition!
2 From Beneath the Waves
3 High Elf's Disdain
3 Master Rune of Valaya
2 Master Rune of Spite
2 Flames of the Phoenix
1 Gifts of Aenarion
(24)

3 Warpstone Excavation
3 Contested Village
3 Ancestral Tomb
3 Citadel of Dusk
3 Mining Tunnels
3 Outpost of Tiranoc
3 Elven Warship
2 Repeater Bolt Thrower
3 Treasure Vaults
(26)

There's some odd numbers in there, but I wanted to try a few cards and see what worked. It's probably not as good as the mono-High Elf indirect damage, but going unitless gives your opponent a lot of dead cards. A couple developments up top, an outpost in play, and your BT's are 2x FBtW's a round.

Another deck I want to toy around with is called "9 Stone Rains." It's Dwarf/Empire support destruction with some efficient beaters in Wilhelm and Serpent Slayer.

3 Huntsmen
3 Dwarf Cannon Crew
3 Slayers of Karak Kadrin
3 Rodrik's Raiders
3 Serpent Slayer
3 Wilhelm of the Osterknacht
(18)

3 Innovation
3 Burn it Down
3 Called Back
3 Demolition!
(12)

3 Warpstone Excavation
3 Contested Village
3 Helblaster Volley Gun
3 Ancestral Tomp
3 Derricksburg Forge
3 Mining Tunnels
2 Master Rune of Dismay

Pretty straight forward strategy here... nuke their Kingdom supports, bounce their dudes, and beat with development fueled fatties.

I like your Empire/Dwarf deck idea. I might modify the support base slightly, but I think its a good concept right now.
