Hi, I want to be sure, so here's the question:

The rulebook says...

"Action Step: ...Revealed Cylons may not perform other actions, such as those found on Skill Cards or Quorum Cards..."

Half of the skill cards have basically reactions that don't have "Action:", can Revealed Cylons still use these to affect die rolls and etc? Thank you.

Investigative Committee

Declare Emergency

Strategic Planning

Evasive Maneuvers

Scientific Research

I see no reason why they couldn't. All of those cards would hurt the cylons more than help them. Maybe some specific situations could help the cylons, but the effects generally pro human.

I could have sworn i remember reading somewhere that the Text on the card no longer mattered at all to a cylon, It just counted for color and number.

Otherwise I could see investigative comittie being useful if the Cylon is late in the skill check order. They can maximize their single card addition to make sure it's just enough so they fail if they're close.

Rule book says, 'Revealed Cylon players may not use actions or abilities listed
on Skill Cards.' on page 20...
