Hey, I've been searching everywhere and I want to get a current and solid answer on this question. Are black border cards (that've been reprinted in the new set and unchanged) legal to use in the new LCG game? For example Carl Stanford, Victoria and etc...

I assume you mean for official tournaments. Obviously in casual play, use whatever you want!

There has been no official statement from FFG on this matter.

You can assume that the black-bordered cards are not legal in official events. Casual play is fine providing you use the most up to date (FAQ or LCG) wording on the cards.
