when i kneel Northern Fiefdoms or any other Fiefdoms. It says that the cost of the next housechar is reduced by one.

How long does the -1 reduce last if i dont marshall a housechar this marshallingphase??

until end of the phase/round/game?

does it even last if my next marshalled card is a non-housechar?

i curious?

actually the fiefdoms reduce any housecard by one!

Well, it specifically says "the next [house] card you play this phase" so it lasts until you play a matching house card (which will have its cost reduced by 1) or until the end of the phase.
