I f you have 2 or more cards on a Draw 1 card space, and you land on it, do you get 1 of the cards, based on the card #, or do you encounter all of the cards there?
Draw Card Spaces?

No, you must encounter the cards already on the space. They count as drawn cards towards that space.
You cannot draw any more cards on a Draw 1 card space, until there's still one card on it. But you can draw the remaining cards from a Draw 2 (or 3) card space, if there are less than maximum draw cards on it. (i.e. one card on the Ruins still allows you to draw one more card, but you have to face the old card and the new one in the appropriate order).
I may be mistaken but I believe what he means is if a space indicates Draw 1 card, and there are more than 1 card on the space due to a Toad or Player Death etc, does another player landing on the space get to take as many of the objects/followers as they may hold, or are they limited to 1 card since the space would normally only allow drawing 1 card.
I have the same question, although I believe the player is allowed to draw as many of the objects/followers as they want, but a new adventure card may never be drawn unless there are no face up cards remaining on the space.

In the rule book it states that when A player dies, all his stuff is remaining, and the winner can take what they wish. Being that most likely the cards dropped will exceede the Draw amount on the space, I dont think the draw number has any reference to how many cards you can take if the total cards is greater, than the space.
Simply put, the "draw X card(s)" is refering to the minimum number of cards you must encounter.
Example; Someone drops the Grail, Cross, and holy Lance becasue of an alignment change, on a Draw 1 space. The next player landing there has the choice of any number of the cards there. Provided they have the space. (and alignment)
Thanks Hallowknight,
I reread the rules and believe your right. Perhaps FFG can insert the word 'minimum' in future rule changes.

Cross doesn't have alignment restrictions, does it? At least it didn't use to have any.
No, it only has bonuses/penalties based on Alignment. Anyone can carry it.
There is one thing i don't like about the draw card spaces from the 4th edition
The Third edition has 4 draw 2 spaces in the middle region and the 4th edition not. ( not including oasis)
those spaces have been chanced to +2 strenght spaces for enemies and stays a draw 1 space.
I know that the 4th edition is the same as the second ,but i still miss it
