I hope that isn't a universal form for all FFG games. I was missing pieces from my copy of Kingsburg and sent a note to customer service via the "User Support" link on the bottom fo the new page but have yet to hear anything yet.

Luckily my Talisman came with all the correct number of pieces.

My friend, who just got the game yesterday, opened up the game board and it was split down one of the seams about half way. I wonder if FF would replace a board???

Well it seems this is very common problem! My friend had 2 druids but no minstrel, and I have 2 ghouls but no prophetesses! Fortuantly my game store has managed to source a prophetess!

Also, my board was slightly damanged (slight rip at the Crown of Command), but nothing I can't deal with.

Will let my lcoal game shop know about the link. Will email Fantasy Flights though to keep them awares!

Well, I called yesterday and the rep told me that she was about a week or so behind in answering emails due to the high sales of games during Christmas. She assured me that the components would be replaced.

Just to report, I got my druid by mail. Customer service was great. Thanks guys!

My missing Prophetess and Reaper figures and the missing Merchant char card arrived today, safe and sound! FFG customer service hits another one out of the park .

Yeah I just picked up the Reaper Expansion and was missing a Sage mini. So emailed FFG and waiting on a replacement fig.

Well, my friend received a confirmation email from Thad that he is receiving a new board. I'm still waiting to hear about my Prophetess, even though I sent the request a week before my friend.
