My boyfriend and I recently aquired the Gorgeï Volkov expansion and his special ability is the ability to hi multiple tagets. So the question is can he make an attack move and then make another attack or if he starts an attack does he have to make his second (if the player chooses to make a second) immediately following his initial attack?

While the Revised Rules don't say immediately , the fluff text does say simultaneously.

So, while it not exactly explicit, the rules imply that Gorgi may attack then attack again with two dice, then if he has move points he may continue his movement.

He may not move, attack, move, attack, move, as that would be taking two actions in a turn.

Hope that helps, I tend to be a little verbose.

That helps a great deal. It would be nice if the text was a little more explicit in these situations.
