Really newbie questions which need to be answered please sorry.

sorry for these questions but i really need these answered thanks too ever helps.

1: Can the person in the CoC cast spells out of the CoC to other players? eg Time Steal,Immobility and Random.

2: When too people are on the CoC and are going in to battle can you cast spells at one another? eg Todify, Finger Of Death and Freeze.

3: when you draw and adventure card such the Dwarf smith which grants a weapon or armour to the first person who visits him does that mean the person who drew that card is visting him and gets the reward or does it go on the board and it's the first player to land there gets the reward?

4: magic stream ( get 1 strength when vists) pool of life ( 1 life when visit) and the other too cards that are similar, when you draw them do you get one iof the 4 listed on the card straight away eg strenght,craft,fate,life or quest card?

sorry for those who think these are really newbie questions but i have read the rule book a few time and i must not see these things, i ask as im sick of my friends arguing and nearly have a mass fight of it lol i know sounds gay and pathetic but 4 guys very serious lol. Thanks too ever helps me in the struggle to put an end to my fights with them.

1. Yes as long as the chracter on the CoC meets the conditions of where and when the Spell can be cast.

2. Yes (see above).

3. Yes the character that draws the card can immediately encounter it (visit it).

4. Yes (see above).
