Morphling is too tough at start of game.

He can up his stats to well above any other character with ease. Just too powerful with those bonus Fate and Lives.

Treasure hunters buyback ability is ok, but he should not be allowed to buy back any object he loses.

Thanks for your oppinion, however why I do not agree - you have 4 "extra" points you can distribute at the start of the game. So let´s say you begin game with STR 5 CRA 1 LIFE 3 FATE 2 , in addition you cant use any armour or weapon. This is kind of week (look at Troll of example - STR 6 LIFE6 from start)

On the start of the card it says you start with extra fate and extra lives.

Transition those to either attribute and you have an ungodly advantage. 8 points onto a stat means you have a big advantage to beat the top monsters in the first few turns of the game.

I see your point, this is unfortunately just my bad explanation. It is meant, you can distribute just point above you original stated value on the right and left of character card. Which means, that if you start with extra 4 fate and extra 5 life you can distribute just 2 fate (as starting value is 2) and 2 life (starting value is 3) = 4 points for distribution. Which means you can have lets say starting values STR 5 CR 1 Fate 2 Lifes 3, which is imho very very weak (look at troll for example) and you even cant use any weapons and armour.

It´s advantage is, you can very quick raise some of your stats, just because if you gain any Fate or Life you can transfer it in for example Strenght.

I just thought of this.

Why not have the character have the ability to spend either one Fate or one Life, then be able to change stats around.

This way the character could start with a bit higher of begining stats, and the ability wouldn't be overly powerful.

Just a thought.
