A few more Ol questions

By Great_Lotus, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

As OL, when i play the mimic card, would i be allowed to charge it aswell`?

Say you got 1 card left in the OL deck and your turn as a OL comes up, Would you draw 1 card then shuffel the OL deck and draw 1 more, or would you just get that first card?

This one is kind of stupid. As boulders rolled over a hero in a pit, one of my heros asked if he could just walk over the pit as a normaly space (Stepping on the hero in the pit thus ignoring the pit)

And last, Thalia is standing next to a door in guard, i declare that my turn is done and the hero intreupts me and opens the door and reveals a new area. Would my turn be over since i declared that. Or would i get to activate the new mosters i get in that area?

1. Charge is played "when you activate a monster", and the mimic card definitely activates the beastman/chest, so I think it's a legal combination. The only issue I can see is if someone were to claim the beastman/chest is not actually a monster.

2. We've always played draw 1, shuffle, and draw another.

3. There's nothing in the rules that would indicate a hero can just walk over another hero in a pit. I would call shenanigans on that.

4. If Thalia interrupts you, then you "rewind" back to before you declared your turn was done, so that Thalia can take an action. When Thalia is done, your turn resumes, and you can do what you'd originally declared, or you can change your mind.

I concur with everything mahkra said.

1) Charge says "play when you activate a monster". Mimic says "treat it like a beastman" and "activate it immediately". No problem there. So, yes.

2) Draw what you can, then shuffle the discard pile and get another.

3) No. A hero moving over a prop or terrain is always affected my it, whether there's another figure there or not (unless he is flying or something). The only thing that a hero ever cancels by standing in a space is Grapple (because they couldn't both be Grappled in the same space).

4) Whenever a player interrupts another hero's turn, whatever was going on at that time is canceled. For example: if he interrupted your monster's attack to use a guard order to attack it first, if you survived, you could choose to not attack at that time, and then go whack someone else. So, no. Since your turn ending was never resolved, you get to take it back, which means you're still in the monster activation phase.

I thought guard actions could only be used to make an attack. Am I missing something here?

Tahlia's power lets her move before or after she takes a readied guard action.

That is true for most heroes, but Tahlia's special ability lets her do more when she uses a Guard Order.
