This is a marine chapter I made for my own use some time ago. They use many Blood Angel rules, but that is because they are Blood Angel descendants.

They are too much like Blood cultists for my tastes. Infact I suspect that the inquisition watches them closely for they sound an a lot like Khorne Cultists.

I would assume Inquisition keeps a close eye on pretty much all of Sanguinius line. But if you compare ritually executing a few psychotic mass-murderers from underhive to other Blood Angel descendant chapters like Angels Sanguine, Blood Drinkers or Flesh Tearers these guys look pretty far from the worst blood cultists around.

I like it. Has almost a loyalist Night Lords twist with the people they recruit.
