Untouchables, what's the difference?

By Mjoellnir, in Dark Heresy Rules Questions

Hello, a few days ago I got the book Disciples of the Dark Gods mainly because I'm interested in the rules for untouchables. Yesterday I saw that there seem to be newer rules in the Radical's Handbook. So I have two questions.

1) What's the difference between the Untouchable rules? A review at Amazon states that the one from the Radical's Handbook is "a slightly changed and more useable 'untouchable' trait". What does it mean? Less powerful? Weaker drawbacks?

2) Can traits from Dark Heresy be used by characters of other systems like Rogue Trader or Deathwatch? Could I for example create an untouchable arch-militant who spends 400 of his 500 free xp at character creation for the Untouchable trait from Disciples of the Dark Gods? With GM approval of course.

That one is simple: Yes, with GM approval, you can do pretty much everything you want - that's the idea behind having him, otherwise you could forget the GM and just go get a multiplayer video game. However, I'd probably make the trait cost all of his 500 points since 400 DH points means the Null can't get any background packages while 400 RT points still leaves 100 open.
