Would like to inform you that the NPC generator at Malleus now supports psykers fully.

Previously you were not able to select psychic powers when selecting one the Psy-Rating talents. You can do that now.

Existing psyker characters can be modified by clicking on the selected psy-rating talents. Just go the "Advances" tab and look in your list of advances.

I will add extra usability features in time.
