Killing Strike oddities

By Lucifer216, in Deathwatch

Hi,

We're just about to start a Deathwatch campaign and I will be playing the role of a Blood Angel Assault Marine. While going through all the juicy melee orientated talents, I noticed that it appears impossible for any character to take the Killing Strike talent (On an all out attack, can spend a fate point to make the attack impossible to dodge/parry) as part of their speciality/chapter/deathwatch career schemes. Does anyone know if this intentional? It's a shame as I was hoping to one day combine it with furious assault (during an all out attack, can spend reaction to attack again at same bonuses/penalties) for some Blood Angel style insta-gibbing :) .

I also noticed that the talent is possessed by the Chaos Space Marines detailed in the adversary section, but they have no fate points to spend....

If I'm not mistaken is preprinted on the character sheet as a starting talent, you don't need to buy it.

It's listed on page 36 as one of the talents that all Space Marine characters start with.
