He is anounced for Winter10 and I think (hope) he´ll make it till Mid Dezember to the shelves... even if I wonder if we can use him without Operation Daedalus...

Ok, as an epic Hero, he can be used like a mercenary - except that 1 Hero and 1 Trooper are replaced for him.
