They have access to these talents at rank one. By my reading, autosanguine does the same effect as hardy, and then some, for the same cost. Why would anyone take hardy?
Also, anyone notice that the medicae rules for diagnose is pulled directly from RT (to the point of mentioning crew loss and long voyages)?
Finally, any reason for the lack of trade skills (like BA get access to talented[trade artisan], but no actual trade skills, or no trade armourer for techmarines, etc.)?
Overall, I seem to generally like the way its done though, fairly nice progression, etc. Access to most of the skills at some point means that small parties don't get too shafted, while each class can still hold their own and be individual.
Although the ability for a tac marine to fire a lascannon while moving (using hip shot, note it does not have a weapon class req, and bulging biceps negates need to brace) at rank 2, while a devastator has to wait till rank 3 strikes me as a bit odd.
