This seems wrong but nothing says you 'can't' put a revealed cylon in the brig? They are in a cylon location after all so how would you reach them.

Also as I'm here, do the revealed cylons get the powers on thier character cards still?

The second is answered in the rules, and they state that you lose all abilities on your character sheet (p20, Revealed Cylon Players Turns),

The section after notes that Cylons may not be sent to the brig (along with a few other restrictions), it's rather confusingly headed "Revealed Cylons and Crises", but the second paragraph is pretty informative about what can and can't affect Cylons,

Revealed Cylon players cannot be sent to the brig or to sickbay, cannot be forced to discard cards, or targeted by card effects.
