Does this mean

a) place 1 success token on EACH other story on which he has 2 or fewer

b) place 1 success token on any ONE other story on which he has 2 or fewer.

Opening the Limbo Gate: If I play this, do I put both characters into play under my control?

a) You get to place the tokens on ALL of the stories.
