Does anyone remember if there are rules already for splinter weapons and/or other Dark Eldar weapons in some book?

Purge the Unclean has some Dark Eldar rules in it. A few weapon (such as splinter rifles and terrorfex granades), some gear and stats for a warriors, homunculus and grotesques.
Also into the Storm from RT got them.

It did, but I wasn't too happy about them as they are worse than ordinary Shuriken catapult. Are they Dark Eldar or weak Eldar?
In any case, good challenge for low-level acolytes, but once they have good TB, armor and wounds the Splinter weapons become tickling.
In into the storm they beefed the weapons a bit, made them toxic and adjusted the rate of fire.
They also upped the damage, added the Blaster and Dark Eldar Mesh, something like 5 AP with a free mono knife due to the spikes
Praise the Emperor!
The Dark Eldar in the Purge the Unclean adventure sure didn't fit with my impression of them from the 40K system at all. I think they opted for a careful introduction of the Eldar (as both Eldar and Dark Eldar can potentially be very hard to deal with for a small group of Acolytes), and it just weant a bit far. The Splinter Rifles had a hard time even comparing to a common lasgun against above average tough enemies. This really didn't fit with my idea of them being the evil counterpart to an ancient an very powerful race at all. I did make some changes for them personally, giving the splinter rifles the option of firing what I called the enslavement Toxin, in single shot mode. This to support the idea that they are not always going for the kill, etc. Also gave their weapons a bit higher dam, and increased Pen to 3 or 4 for splinter rifles if I remember correctly. I also had the same armour with spoikes on them in fact, so they would never be unarmed basically.
Waiting for Into the Storm here now. Didn't know there would be Dark Eldar stuff in it, but that is just great :-)

I increased the damage of all Splinter Weapons by +1 and gave them the Storm ability from RT. That was the first and only encounter so far where my PC's lost two Fate points in a single session/shootout...

lol. Well I do agree about the boost. Maybe they should just have given the DE some basic imperial looted weaponry - lasguns and the like.
1d10+2, Pen 3, Toxic.....
Good bye pc's...
