There was a great idea (sorry forget which thread) that the character sheet should really have the talent slots on it (e.g., blanks, write in "focus", etc.) and that way the career card isn't needed at all in play unless you want to look at the narrative stuff on back. It's needed for advancement choices only and can be kept off table (and in better condition).

Anyone have skills to do that up? Or perhaps just make a "talent box" sheet for showing "socketed" and unsocketed.
