Is there any rules for smithing? Does any one have any good house rules to share?

My newest pc is a blacksmith but his trade is working with rare metals, and creating special custom weapons. we don't know how to go about the creation process.

i'd simply use the Tradecraft Advanced skill on Blacksmith (Tou / Int Career maybe). Then add a Specialisation point for "Rare metal smelting" or "Rare metal <forging>" or whatever you make with it.

He kinda needs to have a Forge and tools to work all that tho -> needs high ressources or working for someone with high ressources.
