Hi, this came up in the game today. I think we played it right but thought I check. Eddard can cancel Dragon Skull if it's played on him or another noble right? The word 'choose' isn't used but I suppose that is implicit in selecting a character to attach to.

We played it could be cancelled and Dragon Skull would simply be discarded as a result of the cancel. Since it never succeeded in being attached, it's passive effect is useless too.

The word "choose" is required.
