In the core set I found no agenda cards, is it normal?

And also - Princes of the Sun expansion - there are two absolutely similar decks 60 cards in each - is it right?

Yes, no agendas to make it easier to pick up (agendas are historically the hardest thing to balance...with plots as maybe the exception ~and any Lanni card).

And yes, the Princes are two idential packs I believe. I think you get 3X of each card, correct? That is new, but will be the same going forward with any expansion or chapter pack.

Princes you get two of each card. Thus the two identical decks. PotS was released before the collation change to 3x every card.
