I realize the likelihood of any discussion about the Arkham Nights tourney will likely be futile since this part of the forums is so neglected, but I figured I would give it a shot anyways.

I was curious about those who are attending will be bringing reasonable decks or just the same sad, boring crap they brought to Gencon ( I am pointing the accusatory finger at Hastur/Agency, not the others).

In other words, competitive fun or competitive yawnfest ?

It would be interesting to play against some neat decks that you dont see everyday if you travel so far to play the game.

For myself and Katja, we thought we would bring our casual decks. Perhaps try and give Yog mill deck a try or maybe a MiskaNerd rush deck. More interested in meeting fun people to play than anything else.

Hey Hell - good news - I checked my schedule and found out I am off that weekend (the Arkham Nights thingy) in October ! That means I can come to the convention center (you said it's one of them here in Chicago area, right ?) and maybe meet you and Katja and play some games with people.

I have a Shub-Ghoul-Night themed deck - and a Cthulhu - Yog - destruction deck too. I also have a Hastur / Agency - lol - my own variant of the WC-deck - but no Sledge dogs ! - but I would leave that one at home

It's up north in Minnesota at FFG Headquarters.
