In RtL, do the heroes restore to full fatigue just after an outdoor Encounter or also after exploring a dungeon?
I know that wounds don't heal and lingering effects go away except Poison and Curse.
Thanks guys!

In the latest FAQ, pg 13:
"
Q: Under what circumstances can the heroes trade items,
drink potions, and recover fatigue?
A: In addition to the normal in-dungeon rules for trading,
drinking and resting, any time the hero party is on the
overland Terrinoth map, they may freely trade items and
drink any number of potions. They also are restored to full
fatigue as soon as they end any quest, be it dungeon or
encounter."
So after Encounters and Dungeons, which makes sense if you think about it. It's a whole game week (or at least an hour between Lt Encounters). The heroes have had enough time to catch their breath.
