I've just started learning the game, and I've noted, very few seem to like the combination of Cthulhu and Hastur, could someone please give advice on how to build a Cthulhu-Hastur deck out of the core box set? I've only played MTG before, but I play the CoC tabletop game, butr am still seeming to run into difficulty, please assist your fellow servant of madness.

Hastur

To construct a deck from the Core Set, I think you pretty much just take all the cards of those two factions and slap them together. If I recall, there are just enough cards to make a deck of 50 with 2 factions and some neutrals. The deck building aspect becomes more important once you step outside the core set. If you are just getting started, then have a couple of games to see what you like and don't like, then you'll see what parts of Cthulhu and Hastur you would want to combine upon purchasing more cards.
