1. Can OV force player to attack a monster by dark charm, or anythink he wants? (monster, other player, empty space..?)
2. Can OV use Rage with Dark Charm?

1. Yes, he can make the hero attacks whatever he wants.
2. No, rage must be played before a monster activation. The hero is not a monster, and is not activated, he only performs one attack. Aim can be used, though as it is played after declaring an attack.
2, If they have a blast weapon and the blast hits a monster, you can also "dodge" the attack to reroll dice to aim for more damage. If both a hero and the OL are dodging the same attack, who knows what would happen though.

They would be canceled one with the other as a Dodge cancels an Aim unles (somehow) both of them agreed on which dice to re-roll.
One moment, why can't you use rage? If controlled with dark charm, the hero is supposed to be treated as a monster isn't it? I'll have to read it again.
Oh, let me ask one more question related to dark charm: What's the difference between Dark Charm and Animate Weapons? I know the later targets all players, but is there any side effect? For example, with Animate Weapons, every hero mus target himself only. Can Aim still be used? Are the black dice roled?

Are you sure about this? Cause my players was arguing with me that the player can't attack a boy (in Twins rumour in RTL). Is it written somewhere (official FAQ or something) so I could prove it to them?
Welcome to a much debated topic from the old forum.
A long discussion, to which I've never seen a good answer, may now ensue where one side will tell you that you can attack villagers and the twins, and one side will tell you that the cards says you can only attack other Heroes or that the card is a Trap, and villagers are immune to traps.
I'll check back to see if anyone actually has a link to an official response.
I have two questions about Dark Charm.
Who throw the dice for that attack? The OL or the Hero?
Can the OL spend surges to gain threat?
Because maybe you do enough damage to kill whatever are you attacking and it could be interesting to make use of the extra surges.
As in the Rules book says:
For every two surges
the overlord player rolls during an attack, he gains one
threat token. Any unused surges are lost.
So who rolls the dark charm attack?
The hero rolls for the Dark Charm attack. The overlord decides how the hero should spend those surges. I don't believe this allows the OL to get threat from the attack.
