There really aren't that many mutation charts in the books. I am, slowly, writing an adventure that deals heavily on a mutagenic element. Has anybody come up with a larger chart? I was wondering if digging out the old Gamma World charts would be worthwhile.
More mutations???
In the Warhammer FRP 2nd Ed Tome of Corruption, there is a mutation table that goes from 1-1000.
Yes, the Tome of Corruption chart is by far the largest I've ever seen... Further, due to it being 2nd Edition, the rules are almost identical...
Although, it has to be noted, the general tone and feel of the mutations in DH and those from ToC is slightly different. I suppose DH doesn't do bestial/animalistic mutations for a reason. Some other mutations from ToC would also feel inappropriate - the skeleton one, flaming skull face, perhaps some of the psychological ones (which feel more like traits of some kind).
But yes, these charts should be most helpful to your cause.

Hi Rashid,
I had the same problem with an ongoing game. The already mentioned old "Tome of Corruption" is an excellent source AND it is available as a PDF over their at DriveThru RPG (which I dare to mention by name since FFG announced them here on their own a long while ago).
I tried to gather some new mutations myself (with gracious help of the forum !), the results are found here:
