Shadow Tyrion Lannister

By Grzechu, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

This card says: Response : After a card comes out of Shadows, Tyrion Lannister gets +2 STR and gets your choise of Deadly, Renown, No Attachments or Immune to events until the end of the phase.

So, may I trigger this response when Tyrion comes out of Shadows?

Yes. Why not?

As we're at it, I've had a doubt about shadows Tyrion: Imagine I have Tyrion in play, and he has an attachment - Poisoned Wine, for example. If a card comes out of shadows (mine or my opponent) and I elect to respond with Tyrion's ability and choose "no attachments", is Poisoned Wine discarded? I, as of now have four possibilities:

1 - Poisoned Wine is discarded (I'm leaning towards this choice, because something that says "Can't" means don't even try)

2 - Poisoned Wine loses it's effects until the response timer wears off;

3 - Poisoned Wine still functions because it's already attached;

4 - Poisoned Wine moves to another legal target (dum possibility, but I like to keep my mind open).

Yes. See FAQ page 8, (3.20) Attachment Restrictions.
