I'm 99% sure this was just a packaging mistake, but did anyone else upon opening their Innsmouth Horror expansion find an extra downtown neighborhood (white) encounter card? All the classic neighborhoods got 4 new encounter cards, but downtown got 5, and one was an exact copy of another. Just wanna make sure this wasn't intended for some reason before I get rid of the duplicate. It's the card where the Arkham Asylum encounter starts out by reading "An irate orderly shoves a babbling madman at you..."

Sounds like a duplicate card to me. Some poor sucker on the other side of the globe is probably wondering where his 4th Downtown encounter card is.
