I am so confused right now. In what book can I find Faith Talents?
I need help!! (Faith Talents?)
Inquisitors Handbook or the Rogue Trader core rulebook.
Really? It's in the IHB? Then I must needs look deeper.

Page 50 onwards.
Yeah, I'd just skip them. The whole system needs an overhaul... like the Sororita. That book lost me when I noticed that two ranks were named after Famulous and Dialogous but were one rank after the other. Those are two different orders... not ranks you earn.
That's like your Space Marine being a "Grey Hunter" at level 1 and a "Blood Angel" at level 2 and then at level 3 you get to become a "Librarian" and then a "Techpriest". It basically shows that the guys writing the Sororitas didn't know anything about the Sisters of Battle at all.
Faith talents, as an extension of that, are also problematic at best. There aren't enough of them and they don't feel complete. The whole Battle Sister section feels like it was just tossed into the book at the last minute.

People put far, far too much emphasis on the rank names. In most cases, they're convenient ways to convey a little more background information and differentiate between branches on the career paths, rather than absolute descriptions of the character's place in the universe.

It's great how some people feel the need to assume the worst case scenario whenever there's something they don't approve of, it really is...
Really, the Adepta Sororitas career path could've been several, but lack of space (it does have to share space with character options for everyone else) prevents that. The number of distinct ranks it got (fourteen, no other career has more, and only Guardsman has as many), and three different branches of the career path, take up a lot of space. Feel indignant about it all you want, but folding two mechanically-similar orders together for the purposes of the rules only (because there's not much you can do, in rules terms, with a character who's sole schitck is 'language skills', but the skill set meshes nicely with negotatiors and diplomats) does not necessarily indicate incompetence on the part of the writer, and is as likely indicative of the constraints of fitting a broad range of character concepts into a single career path.
And regarding the faith talents... how many more ways of expending or burning a Fate Point do you need? It's not like those things grow on trees...
While I am happy with the faith talents in their current form, I for one, am extremely excited to see what sort of changes they make in the upcoming sourcebook.
And if they don't...
well, I will be very sad.
To further on what N0-1 said, note that more current books just toss out the rank names in general, and just use a number. The only real titles we see now are for careers and replacement ranks.

Aye, I'll be very sad if Blood of Martyrs doesn't actually present Sisters that feel like Sisters.
